Every account includes free AI films and unlimited use of The Set. That is deliberate: you should know exactly what the studio produces before spending money. Most refund policies exist to manage disappointment; ours starts by preventing it.
If your paid Director's Cut never reaches a premiere-ready state — the pipeline fails, the production stalls past reasonable effort, or we simply cannot produce what was promised — you receive a full refund, promptly and unconditionally. Undelivered work is never kept money.
Every Director's Cut includes revision messages to the director; that is always the first tool, and it fixes most things. If your delivered cut materially misses the brief and revisions have not fixed it, request a refund within 14 days of delivery at info@cinefolio.dev with your order reference. We review in good faith — we have no interest in keeping money for work you don't love. Refunds after the 14-day window, or where the delivered work matches the brief, are at the studio's discretion.
The Director's Cut is digital content produced and delivered on demand. By placing the order you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, under EU consumer rules (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery of the digital content has begun with your consent. This does not affect sections 02–03 above — our own promises are stronger than the statutory minimum — and it never limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
Purchases are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Taxes collected at checkout are refunded with the purchase.
